Refund policy

All Sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. Because of the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • wrong size selected at checkout
  • buyer's remorse
  • normal shipping delays outside of our control

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect email: namasyashop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • your order number 
  • a description of the issue 
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for any approved resolution.

Refunds, if approved, will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your banks or card provider. Shopify lets you refund whole or partial orders from the admin, and their return tools distinguish returns, refunds and exchanges.
